Our Registered Manager brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the health and social care sector, a strong foundation of qualifications and a deep commitment to delivering exceptional care.
She holds NVQ Levels 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care, a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, and Level 2 certifications in Dementia Care and the Safe Handling and Administration of Medication. Her training also includes First Aid and comprehensive health and social care education at foundational, intermediate, and advanced levels. She ensures all mandatory training is consistently up to date.
As a proud Dignity and Dementia Champion, she is highly motivated and brings strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and multi-tasking skills to her role. Her in-depth understanding of key legislation—including the Mental Capacity Act (MCA), Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS), and safeguarding protocols—enables her to lead with integrity and ensure the highest standards of care.
Throughout her career, she has demonstrated unwavering dedication to enhancing the lives of individuals and communities. Her passion for quality, her ability to inspire teams, and her focus on best practice make her an invaluable leader within our home.
